Your Guide to Micro Needling - Glow Naturally
You’ve probably heard of micro-needling—or maybe you know someone who’s had it and you’re curious why it’s become such a go-to treatment. Why is it so popular? The short answer: it helps your skin regenerate and rejuvenate naturally.
Many of us are looking for natural options to look and feel more refreshed without introducing neurotoxins, chemicals, or fillers. Micro-needling has become one of my favorite treatments for this, and I’ve seen firsthand how it can make skin look smoother, brighter, and more youthful.
We all want to feel beautiful. True beauty is more than how you appear to others—it’s about how you feel in your own body and skin. My intention with micro-needling is to help you feel comfortable and confident in your skin, allowing your inner vitality to shine. Because when you feel beautiful, there’s a glow, an energy—a je ne sais quoi—that radiates from within. Micro-needling can help enhance and bring out that natural radiance.

What is Micro Needling?
Micro-Needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a holistic treatment that supports healthy skin and reduces signs of aging naturally. It can be incorporated into your skincare routine once a month.
During a treatment, a micro-needling device creates microscopic channels in the skin. These channels activate the body’s natural healing response, stimulating cell regeneration and boosting the production of collagen and elastin. The skin is exfoliated and old skin cells are cleared away. New, healthy cells can regenerate, creating tighter, more radiant skin.
Unlike other cosmetic treatments, micro-needling does not involve injections, fillers, or chemicals. Instead, it taps into your body’s natural ability to repair, creating a smoother and brighter complexion.
What are some conditions that can benefit from Micro Needling?
fine lines and wrinkles
multiple lines around mouth
crows feet
forehead lines
bunny lines
eleven lines
acne scars and other scars
thinning hair (ie. thinning eyebrows)
stretch marks
large pores
hyperpigmentation
uneven skin tone and texture
What are some benefits typically experienced from Micro Needling?
Increased absorption of serums and skin care products
Increased collagen production
Increased elastin production
Little down time
Improved circulation
Reduced hyperpigmentation
More even skin tone and texture
Hair restoration (ie. eyebrows)
Smoother, tighter skin
Reduced lines and wrinkles
What can I expect after a Micro Needling treatment?
After a Micro Needling treatment, the skin may be red for 12-24 hours. You may also notice temporary itching, mild irritation, flaking, or a warm sensation—these are all normal parts of your skin’s natural healing response. Some people experience pinpoint bleeding or slight pigmentation changes, but serious side effects are very rare.
Most patients notice their skin feeling smoother and softer within a few days, with improvements continuing over the next one to two weeks. Because results build on each other, your skin’s tone, texture, and overall appearance continue to improve with each treatment.
How to get the best results from your treatments?
Micro-needling is an investment in your skin’s long-term health. Here are some ways to enhance your results:
Protect your skin from the sun. UV rays break down collagen and accelerate aging. Limit direct sun exposure and wear sunscreen whenever you’re outdoors.
Keep your skin clean. Avoid foundation or heavy makeup for at least the first few days after treatment to support optimal healing.
Complement with other therapies. Adding Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture or Nano-Needling between Micro-Needling sessions can further enhance your results. These treatments work synergistically to refresh and revitalize the skin.
Who should avoid Micro Needling?
Pregnant
On blood thinners
Currently undergoing chemo or radiation
Severe skin conditions (psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, infection, warts, herpes outbreak)
Prone to keloid scarring
