Through conversation, observation, pulse, and tongue diagnosis I’ll assess how your body is functioning and what patterns may be contributing to your symptoms.

I’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to address the root cause and support your body’s ability to heal.
Healing Takes Time
Each treatment builds on the last, which is why consistency is so important.
I typically recommend coming in once a week for 10 treatments in the beginning. This is where I tend to see the best results.
As your body becomes more balanced and symptoms improve, we’ll gradually space out your treatments farther apart based on your needs.
More Than Symptom Relief
Many of my patients continue coming in for their weekly acupuncture “rest and reset” session. They tell me it helps them feel calmer, more clear, more grounded, and better able to navigate life’s everyday stressors.
